Prices for a massage room
A massage room costs CHF 500 for one week, payable when the keys are handed over
Prostitution is not allowed - massages of all kinds are allowed!
Depending on the property, free parking spaces or public parking spaces in the area
For shared use
- Kitchen with stove, microwave and kettle
- Bathroom with shower / toilet or bathtub for your massage customers
- Laundry room with industrial washing machine and dryer for your massage towels etc.
- Smoking room
- Garden / pavilion
- Depending on the Location, parking spaces for customers in front of the house
Cleaning & maintenance
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry; I provide cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, brooms, buckets, cleaning products, sponges, rags, detergents for laundry, toilet paper, etc.
You have to bring all other work utensils with you (massage oil, cream, shower gel, disinfectant, etc.)
