Welcome to Diamond Rooms. Our private apartments are designed for discreet, seamless stays: stylishly furnished, fully equipped, and professionally managed. This guide summarizes the most important points - short, clear, and always available for you to read again anytime.


Our Standard (always included)

In every apartment, you’ll find a carefully prepared setup so you can settle in right away:

  • Fully equipped kitchen (cooking possible)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Smart TV (apps for your own use)
  • Bed linen & shower towels
  • Cleaning products & basic supplies
  • Washing facilities (depending on the location: in the apartment or shared use)
  • Intercom system (doorbell can be deactivated upon request, depending on the apartment)


Parking (easy & flexible)
Options vary by location. As a standard, the following applies:
  • For guests/clients: Blue Zone parking (with parking disc)
  • Additional option: White parking spaces nearby (paid, often up to approx. 2 hours)
  • Your own car: Online day parking ticket (Blue Zone) for CHF 15/day
  • Private parking space in front of the building or a garage space included-if stated in the apartment listing


Check-in & Check-out

To keep everything calm and predictable, we work with clear times:

  • Check-in: usually from around 11:30 AM (depending on occupancy/scheduling)
  • Check-out: no later than 9:00 AM
  • Self check-in: by arrangement (e.g., for returning clients)


Discretion & House Rules

Discretion is part of our standard—just like respectful behavior in the building:

  • No public sharing of apartment details/address
  • Quiet behavior in the stairwell and entrance area
  • Cleanliness and consideration for neighbors and house rules


Cleaning & Linens

The apartment is professionally prepared before every check-in.

Fresh linens are provided.

If you would like extra laundry or cleaning during your stay, feel free to contact us—we’ll check what’s possible.


Essentials (optional)

For your stay, we offer selected essential items which we can provide upon arrival (only in connection with a stay).

Permit / Administration (optional)

If requested, we can support you with obtaining a permit. For this, we require your full details.


Request & Reservation

Request: via the catalog or WhatsApp

✅ Reservation: with a deposit (CHF 250)

After your request, we will confirm the date as quickly as possible.
